Pascal Roques announces in his blog (in French) that the OMG has just approved UPDM 1.0, the Unified Profile Model for DoDAF (USA Department of Defense Architecture Framework)/MODAF (UK Ministry of Defence Architecture Framework). Both DoDAF and MoDAF are reference models aimed at supporting the creation of enterprise and systems architecture specifications. More info in the UPDM group web page.
