Twitter accounts of UML, modeling, model-driven and low-code tools

I’m collecting on a twitter list the “official” twitter accounts of UML, modeling and model-driven tools I run into. By official I mean a twitter account of the tool itself, not a twitter account of a tool developer; I’m looking for twitter accounts that focus on announcing new releases of the tool, new features, application examples,… i.e. low-noise accounts so that I don’t miss important announcements.
