Getting the XMI file
Short notes on how to get the XMI file corresponding to your UML model (to be able to use our services ) depending on the UML CASE tool you are using.
List of tools:
- ArgoUML : Use the File->Export as a XMI file option
- Eclipse UML2 (and compatible tools) : Go to your eclipse project in the workspace folder and directly use the “.uml” file you are interested in
- Microsoft Visio : See these instructions
- Poseidon : Use the File->Export project as XMI option
- MagicDraw : Use the File->Export->EMF UML2 and follow the above instructions for the Eclipse case.
